Cousin Boudreaux's Jalapeño Dip

Wow! This one has a kick to it.  The temperature is what we call a commercial hot.  We are not trying to burn you up but want to share great jalapeno flavor.

It's great as a spread on roast beef sandwiches.  Tone it down a bit with equal amounts of Garlic dip to make another special Jalapeno Garlic dip.
